Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices

We want you to feel confident enrolling with ANWA. Please read the following before registering.

a. Cooling-Off Period

You may request a refund within 7 days of enrolment if:

  • You have accessed less than 10% of the course content
  • You have not submitted any assessments
  • No certificates have been issued

b. After Learning Has Started

Once you have:

  • Accessed more than 10% of course materials
  • Submitted quizzes or assessments
  • Attended live or orientation sessions

Refunds are not available. This is standard for professional education programs.

c. Non-Refundable Items

  • Course materials already accessed or downloaded
  • Issued certificates or credentials
  • Registration or administrative fees
  • Payment processing or third-party fees

d. Course Withdrawal

You may withdraw from a course at any time, but withdrawal does not guarantee a refund. Course access may continue until the end of your paid period.

e. If ANWA Cancels or Changes a Course

If a course is cancelled or significantly changed before it starts, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund
  • Transfer your enrolment to a future intake

f. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered for serious or unexpected situations (such as medical or family emergencies). Supporting documentation may be required. Decisions are made at ANWA's discretion.

g. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
